Challenge

Modernize While Honoring Audience

SACRI’s brand needed to resonate with a wide range of audiences (seniors, people with disabilities, caregivers, and policymakers) without having the dated or clinical look common in institutional design.

Goal

Designing a Human-Centered Brand

The goal of the SACRI refresh was to unify its identity and honor its legacy while balancing professionalism and warmth, clearly communicating its connection to the diverse communities it serves through a human-centered design rooted in empowerment, guidance, and community.

Results

A Unified Brand That Mobilizes, and Leads with Clarity

The refreshed SACRI brand uses bold type, bright colors, and a lighthouse symbol to represent guidance and stability. A flexible set of logos, fonts, and colors create a clear, cohesive identity that strengthens SACRI’s presence and supports confident engagement and advocacy.

Key Features: Meaningful design system, accessible and flexible visual toolkit, strong public presence, reaffirmed leadership through design

Testimonial

Rosa is a phenomenal brand designer. SACRI's rebrand involved significant changes ... she guided us with patience and expertise. We were especially impressed by how creative and thoughtful she was, translating our vision into a cohesive new look. Her easy communication style made it simple to discuss ideas and evolve the brand together.

Rosa is a pleasure to work with. She takes our basic ideas and transforms them into great content. She is communicative and delivers on time, every time. She has helped us completely rebrand and made the process easy and enjoyable.

Thank you for all you do Rosa!

Carol and Karen

The Latest

SACRI is a beacon for the elderly and disabled community in Rhode Island. Together, we’ve worked on conference materials, newsletters, and more to support their four pillars: public education, community organizing, advocacy, and legislative action. They are a true inspiration on the morals I wish to see in every state. One that supports their disadvantaged communities because it’s the right thing to do.
