I'm Rosa!

I’m an American-Dominican brand designer, strategist, and creative from the Bronx. For over a decade, I’ve helped brands find their voice, shape their story, and show up with purpose through visuals, identity, and strategies that connect with real people. My work is strategy-led, story-driven, and built to scale.

After years of designing for big companies that already had everything, I shifted my focus. I began working with the ones still building; the small, growing, and diverse businesses working twice as hard to create an impact. I help them stand toe-to-toe with industry giants by creating the foundation for their brands.

Through this work, I aim to reshape industries to be more community-driven and inclusive, both in audience and in ownership. Great design should open doors. It should make people feel seen, connected, and inspired. My role is to be the catalyst for that and the creative force behind brands that lead this change.

This mission lives through my client work and Great Things Design Collective, my legacy project and love letter to the communities that are often overlooked. Together, we’re not just designing brands; we’re building the blueprint for a more inclusive creative industry.
