Because building a brand shouldn’t come with confusion.

Understanding the Basics

What is the difference between brand personality, brand strategy, and visual identity?

Think of your brand as a person. Their values and story would be their brand personality; their life purpose and how they navigate the world would be their brand strategy; how they look (style, favorite colors, how they write, etc.) would be their visual identity. All three of these combine to become your brand's identity.

Can I just get a logo?

Technically, yes. But let’s be real—a logo without strategy is just a pretty sticker. If you're serious about building something that lasts, you’ll need more than a mark. You need meaning. You need a foundation. You need a brand.

What if I already have a logo—can we keep it?

If it still aligns with who you are and where you’re going? Cool, we’ll build around it. If it doesn’t? Time to let it go. Growth means knowing when to upgrade.

Can I use Canva to design my brand?

You can. But just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Canva is great for consistent day-to-day content—after your brand is built. But creating your core branding in Canva? That’s like building a house with duct tape.

Do you do websites too?

Yes. But not every brand is ready for one. If your foundation isn’t solid (voice, visuals, clarity), your site won’t convert. If you’re ready, I build branded websites via Wix, Webflow, and Squarespace.

Choosing the Right Fit

Which package should I start with?

The package you pick should be based on your current design needs. This free brand clarity sheet should help you narrow it down. If that doesn’t help I recommend a brand clarity consultation (you can schedule one here).

None of your packages say brand identity. Which do I pick?

That’s because brand identity isn’t just one thing. It’s the full package: personality, strategy, and visuals. Start with your brand personality, then move into strategy, then visuals. That way your brand has depth, not just aesthetics.

How long does this take?

Depends on the package, your response time, and how decisive you are. I move fast—but only if we’re both locked in. On average, 2–6 weeks. Need it faster? Scroll down to rush fees.

Can I pay in installments?

Absolutely. Most packages are split 50/50—half upfront, half before final delivery. Need a different setup? Let’s talk. Flexibility’s on the table as long as respect is mutual.

Timelines, Changes & Communication

What happens if I need this project before your timeline?

If you need the work expedited, we do offer rush fees. Rush fees are double the cost of the package you chose.

Is it cheaper to get the work done slowly?

Nope. If you don’t stick to the agreed timeline without a real reason, a delay fee of $50 per delayed day gets added to your final invoice.

What happens if we lose communication for any reason?

If there's no communication from you for 30 days, the project will be considered canceled and the final invoice will be issued. If you want to continue, you’ll need a new contract.

What if I change my mind mid-project?

If it's a small pivot, we adjust. But if you're trying to flip the whole vision halfway through, that’s a new project. Strategy = commitment. Let’s be sure before we build.

What if I don’t like the designs?

This is a collaborative process—everything is rooted in strategy and your input. Revisions are built in. But endless edits? That’s not the vibe. Speak up early and we’ll keep things flowing.

Payments & Deliverables

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online card payments and PayPal. No checks or ACH at this time.

Do you accept ACH payments or checks?

Nope. Only online card payments and PayPal.

Will I be able to use everything myself when we’re done?

Yes. You’ll leave with everything you need: logos, color codes, fonts, brand guide, Canva templates (if included), and full rights to your files. I don’t believe in gatekeeping.

If You’re Just Getting Started

I’m not ready to invest in visuals—what should I do?

No shame in starting small. Pick three colors and one font with multiple weights. Stick to them across everything. Then when you’re ready to invest, your brand will already have a head start.

Can I hire you for just social media?

Only if your brand is already built. Otherwise, we’re just posting vibes with no foundation—and that’s a waste of both our time.
