Because building a brand shouldn’t come with confusion, I've created a list of questions I'm asked way too often.

Common Questions

  1. What’s the difference between brand personality, strategy, and visual identity?

Think of your brand as a person: Brand Personality: Their values and story. Brand Strategy: Their purpose and how they move through the world. Visual Identity: Their style, colors, and voice. Together, these form your full brand identity.

  2. Which package should I start with?

It depends on your current needs. If you’re unsure, start with a Brand Clarity Session. We’ll assess your goals and pick the right path.

  3. Can I just get a logo?

Technically yes, but a logo without strategy is just decoration. If you want something that lasts, you need meaning and a foundation, not just a mark.

  4. What if I already have a logo?

If it still fits your vision, we’ll build around it. If it doesn’t, we’ll evolve it. Growth means knowing when to upgrade.

  5. Can I use Canva to design my brand?

You can, but you shouldn’t build your core brand there. Canva is great for maintaining consistency after your branding is built, not for creating it.

  6. Do you make websites too?

Yes, but only for brands with a solid foundation (voice, visuals, clarity). If you’re ready, I create branded websites through Wix.

  7. Can I hire you just for social media?

Only if your brand is already established. Otherwise, content without a brand foundation won’t create real results.

  8. How long does the design process take?

Most branding projects take 4–6 weeks, depending on responsiveness and decision-making. Need it sooner? A rush delivery option (an added 20% fee) covers adjusted scheduling and extended hours.

Process, Timeline, and Deliverables

  1. What if I need my project done fast?

Rush delivery is available for an additional 20% fee to prioritize your project.

  2. Is it cheaper if I’m not in a hurry?

No, the base price stays the same. However, if you delay beyond the agreed timeline without notice, a $50/day delay fee applies.

  3. What happens if we lose communication?

If there’s no communication for 30 days, the project is considered canceled and the final invoice will be issued. Restarting will require a new contract.

  4. Can I pause the project mid-way?

Yes, just communicate early. Projects paused over 30 days may need a restart fee to adjust schedules.

  5. How do we communicate during the project?

I adapt to your style of communication. Most clients prefer email, or Zoom.

  6. What if I need small changes after a project is done?

No problem! I offer an optional brand maintenance service for tweaks, updates, and exports at a simple monthly rate.

  7. What if I lose my files later?

I keep backups for 6 months after delivery. After that, storage isn’t guaranteed, so make sure to download and back them up.

Investment, Payment, and Resources
  1. What payment methods do you accept?

Online card payments and PayPal only (no checks or ACH).

  2. Will I be able to use everything myself when we’re done?

Yes! You’ll receive all the files your need during an off-boarding call.

  3. Do I own the copyright to my visuals?

Absolutely. Once your final payment clears, ownership transfers fully to you.

  4. Why do your packages cost more than Fiverr or Upwork logos?

Because you’re not just buying a logo, you’re investing in a full brand system designed to grow with you. I don’t just design; I build strategy-led visuals for long-term consistency.

  5. Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or community projects?

Sometimes. I reserve a few slots each year for purpose-driven projects that align with my mission. If that’s you, let’s talk.

  6. Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Most packages are split into 2–3 payments. If you need another setup, we can discuss flexible options.

  7. I’m nervous about investing. How do I know it’s worth it?

The truth is big purchases are scary. Lead all your decisions with confidence. When in doubt, start small.

  8. I’m not ready to invest in visuals. What should I do?

Start small: choose three colors and one versatile font, and use them consistently. You’ll have a head start when you’re ready to invest.

  9. Do you offer free resources?

Yes! Visit my resource page for tools and tips for small businesses.
